Please allow 5-6 business days for delivery once your order has been shipped. Delivery times vary by country. Please note that unforeseen events such as natural disasters can impact delivery times. Check our website for the most up to date information.
Standard shipping : 3-5 days transit time
Express shipping - Please email us on email@example.com before placing your order if you like a quote for Express Shipping.
**All Custom Product orders have a 8-9 day production time from signoff/approval of proof and payment.
We does not insure your goods for loss or damage while being shipped to you. If a product arrives damaged, or is misplaced, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with the courier. No refunds or replacements will be given for products missing or damaged in transit. We will however provide you with all the necessary information to make your claim.
Please enter your shipping address correctly as once your order is dispatched, Tish & Shoo can not alter the address. If your address is incorrect you will be charged the return to Tish & Shoo as well as the resend postage rates.
TRACKING PARCELS & SIGNATURES
Once shipped a tracking number will be sent via email to the email address you provide which will enable you to track the progress of your parcel.
Your order will be delivered by our preferred courier during the business week and your signature is required upon delivery.

Each order is carefully packed before dispatch to ensure you are getting a quality product.
All sales made through the Tish & Shoo website are final. We’re unable to exchange, refund or credit except in the case of the goods being faulty or an incorrect shipment.
Tish & Shoo never ships goods in a damaged shipping carton. Should a delivery arrive damaged by our courier, do not sign for the goods or accept them.
The courier will return the goods to Tish & Shoo for replacement by return mail. Please inform us that you have done this with an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
FAULTY ITEMS & DAMAGES
Tish & Shoo will happily arrange replacement, exchange or a refund for goods that are supplied in a faulty condition or incorrectly supplied.
We will only do this within the five (5) business days after you received your order.
Tish & Shoo requires a digital photograph of the faulty product sent by email along with your purchase order number. A "Faulty Goods Claim Form" will be emailed in reply to your faulty goods claim. Please complete the "Faulty Goods Claim Form" and email to email@example.com
Tish & Shoo reserves the right to refuse a return of any product that does not deem itself faulty or damaged. If you believe you have received incorrect goods, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and contact details and a description of the problem. Tish & Shoo reserves the right to not replace faulty or incorrect goods if the above procedure is not commenced within 5 business days of you receiving the goods
